Ranking currently as number two in a list of pieces composed by Kyle (topped only by “Lonely”), this piece is still wonderful and teaches you a few fine things about composition too!

This is an improvisation on the melody and feel of the original recording. In my opinion, the *feel* of a piece is more important than the notes. It’s not perfect, neither in regards to correct notes, nor in how closely it matches the original composition. I do not have sheet music. What I had in front of me were the lyrics, courtesy of was Leela McMullen (KrystalEpyon). Hear her talent here:

This was a request from Youtube user aphrodite1404 with a special arrangement of the song. Personally, I like this a lot better than the version from the FFVII Piano Collection.

I am in awe of Javier Navarrete’s talent; he never ceases to amaze me. Pan’s Labyrinth is one of the best soundtracks I’ve heard lately – go out and buy it. No, really! Piece rushed at the beginning; second part is improve on the tune / theme / leitmotif. Yay.
