Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses – Trade
by Seabass on May.09, 2011, under Sheet Music
By request, piano sheet music for a short piano-solo piece from the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses (遊戯王真デュエルモンスターズII 継承されし記憶). © Konami. Not entirely sure who composed it.
I added an optional ending, since the song itself just loops.

Elfen Lied – Lilium
by Seabass on Apr.02, 2011, under Sheet Music
Elfen Lied was the first anime I really got into. Granted, it’s only 13 episodes, gory as can be, and really not recommendable to 15-year-olds, which is how old I was when I first watched it.
The opening to the anime remains one of my all-time favorite songs from any anime series. Composed by Kumiko Noma (小黒久美子) and arranged by yours truly.

Lyrics
(With thanks to AnimeLyrics.com)
Os iusti meditabitur sapientiam,
Et lingua eius loquetur indicium.
Beatus vir qui suffert tentationem,
Quoniqm cum probates fuerit accipient coronam vitae.
Kyrie, fons bonitatis.
Kyrie, ignis divine, eleison.
O quam sancta, quam serena,
Quam benigma, quam amoena esse Virgo creditur.
O quam sancta, quam serena,
Quam benigma, quam amoena,
O castitatis lilium.
Kyrie, fons bonitatis.
Kyrie, ignis divine, eleison.
O quam sancta, quam serena,
Quam benigma, quam amoena,
O castitatis lilium.

by Seabass on Oct.23, 2009, under Music Performance, Sheet Music
I played this song a while ago, but finally got around to finishing up sheet music for it. This is Time of Silence (静寂の時, “Seijaku no Toki”) from the anime Utawarerumono (うたわれるもの), composed by Hijiri ANZE (安瀬).

From Miyazaki’s “Laputa: The Castle in the Sky.” (天空の城ラピュタ, Tenku no Shiro Rapyuta)
I don’t own this lovely piece, nor the movie, nor any part of the copyright. Yes, I did a repeat of the entire piece … because it’s so awesome that it needed a repeat.

Cruel Angel’s Thesis (残酷な天使のテーゼ) is the title song from one of the most amazing animes. No, it’s not overhyped; it really is amazing.
Sadly, I don’t own this song, nor the series. Credit goes to these people:

Wolf’s Rain: Shiro, Long Tail’s arrangement
by Seabass on Dec.30, 2007, under Music Performance, Sheet Music
So, for the last four months or so, I’ve been trying to transcribe one of my all-time favorite pieces, Shiro, Long Tail’s from Wolf’s Rain. After uploading it just after Christmas, I noticed a few errors and just now re-uploaded a perfect version. Well, as perfect as it gets. Enjoy!

Hey; I managed to make my camera work!
This is probably one of my all-time favorite pieces. If you have not seen the anime, please do so now; you have missed out on life until you’ve watched it. It is licensed in the US, so you should be able to get your hands on it.
“Seijaku no Toki” means “Time of Silence” unless I am mistaken. T’was composed by the wonderful Anze Hijiri who composed about half of the soundtrack for Utawarerumono alongside Nakamura Miyu. I learned this piece by ear; there is no sheet music for it. Please don’t ask for any.

Shiro, Long Tails [Wolf's Rain]
by Seabass on Dec.19, 2006, under Music Performance, Sheet Music
Wolfs-Rain_-_Shiro-Long-Tails.mp3
Sheet Music
Wolf’s Rain was one of the first anime series I watched in its entirety. I improvised one of the prettiest songs from the series, Shiro, Long Tails. I later went back and transcribed/arranged sheet music for the song. This is one of the first songs I ever arranged — it dates back to late 2006, so expect errors.
Fullmetal Alchemist – Brothers

Sheet Music
Piano improvisation on the song “Brothers” from Fullmetal Alchemist. Yes, I screwed up in the last 20 seconds. Blame my piano. And due to unforeseen circumstances, a Russian choir was unavailable – as was Vic Mignogna, so excuse the lack of vocals.
Although I’d love to take credit for the song, the copyright goes to BONES, Sony/Aniplex, FUNimation Productions, Japanimation, Nana Kitade, Kesenai Tsumi, others…
On another note, Piano Squall (Michael Gluck) has other sheet music here: http://www.pianosquall.com/sheet-music
