I just completed another ancient transcription request. This is a very pretty song by one of my all-time favorite composers, James Horner (whose list of soundtrack credits is endless).

I just finished a request for someone – a transcription of a fellow pianist‘s performance of To the Rescue:
The request was a more accurate transcription rather than any embellishments, and keeping the arrangement at an intermediate level. I hope I got most of the notes :)
Aside from starting a little website to learn the Avatar language, I’ve been busy arranging music. From Avatar. No, I don’t obsess.

Here’s something in the spirit of February 14th. It was mostly sight-reading, and as such there may be a few slight errors. Also, the parts that were to complex to just read off the page I replaced with improvised arpeggios… so yeah.
